The place was impeccably clean with a really friendly and amicable staff like housekeepers or lady in the breakfast room. The location was comfortable and handy as it was near to bars and a cinema. We were located near to a museum and a cinema.

During my recent stay at Hotel Andel, I was impressed with the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. Although the bed setup was not ideal, with two beds pushed together instead of a double bed, the room cleanliness was commendable. Despite some noise from outside, the staff were responsive and polite. I'll recommend this hotel.

Kettle in the room, ironing board. Convenient location.
A little restaurant. All tables are usually busy.

The hotel in general is not bad, cozy, the breakfast covers perfectly the needs although it does not have too much variety, but it has enough sausages with what you finish very satiated. The bed is comfortable and sleeps well, also has several cushions with which you can choose to adjust more. The room also has a lot of space where you can leave your things. In terms of quality, price and location it is really good, in our case we found an offer and it was not bad, but I don't think it was worth it when there were other offers for a similar price of 4 stars.
Although the hotel is fine, and not that it looks old, it has things that are broken. In our case the radiator in the room had the handle given away so you could not graduate and of course, not hot, and -2 º in the street in the room ended up noting some scratch, it was not frozen, but would have appreciated a little more heat, especially when you've been out all day and come with the cold in the body want to get warm. Luckily the bed had a good blanket and there were secondary ones in case they didn't stay long. Besides, although we said it twice, they didn't send anyone to fix it. The handle of the shower where you measure the temperature was the same, it doesn't matter where you turn it, the water didn't measure it, so it was quite hot, I can stand the temperature and it still overwhelmed me, but my boyfriend found it harder to take a shower because he was burning. Luckily he didn't stay on the cold side. You'd see smaller details like that, some broken or cracked switch, or in the bathtub some tile that had jumped. . In general the room didn't look bad, but it was like they had people who had beaten things up and didn't bother to fix it. Another thing is that they make you leave a deposit of 40 euros in case you take something from the minibar, which was not necessary because when you did the check out, the girl consulted with another person if she had taken something from the fridge, it was as simple as checking it at that moment and paying it instead of leaving you without that less amount of cash.

The bathroom was very big including shower and bath. The room was comfortable, TV had hundreds of programs.
We were lucky having probably the best room in the hotel. The room our friends stayed was very small.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation and in a safe area. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, with useful amenities such as mini bar and TV. the complimentary breakfast is a decent option to start the day.
Some staff members are not informative about extra charges, and the cleaning service is not so efficient, as they only made the bed but did not take out the trash and did not notify us before entry.

Next to the center only 10 min by tram. The stuff was very nice and helpful, very clean hotel. Rooms a bit small especially from the big furniture. Breakfast was good but all the time the same. Only 4 parking place at the hotel. Even if I had my reservation in euro I had to pay in Czech Kr .If you don't have a credit card or all the amount in Kr you have to pay more because they will change money with a very bad currency. This is not mentioned when you make the reservation. I stayed few months ago in other hotel in Prague and I payed with euro the same amount like in my reservation. But here is not the same.
You should mention that even you make reservations in Euro all the costumers will pay in Czech Kr or in euro but to a very bad currency

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, as the amenities in the room exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The room had a very large and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel in the great Andel area just outside downtown was perfect, with easy access to the nearby shopping zone of Smichov and being near the center of Prague. The staff were also very helpful, providing maps and advice on currency exchange and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room price was satisfying, with a variety of Czech specialties to choose from.
Everything at this hotel was ok, nothing could be improved.

I did enjoy the comfortable bed (good for honeymooners, I guess) and good food for breakfast.
I did not like the room we were given: it was pretty dark, with a wall raising up on half of the window, and the room was small. The sheets weren't changed for a whole week.
